A community deckbuilding fair for original propositions that can survive credible human testing.
The basic idea
Function before reputation. Identity before optimization. Original choices have to be load-bearing, current legality matters, and losses belong in the evidence.
Each submitted deck gets one formal record containing revisions, testing, evidence, rulings, and a final judgment.
Council awards and questions
The Japtalian Air Question remains standing: produce a legal Standard Japan-major / Italy-ally aircraft deck where both the air plan and the Italian contribution are competitively load-bearing and independently validated.
